The same taste
Sushi Isono, located in Sapporo, opened a sister restaurant in Niseko in 2024. The same ingredients served at the main store are also served at the Niseko store, so please enjoy sushi made with the finest ingredients and techniques.
CONCEPT
The best ingredients. the best atmosphere
Isono's philosophy is to let you enjoy the best sushi in a beautiful space without feeling stressed. The Niseko store is unified with a Japanese atmosphere, with shoji screens and clay walls. There are only counter seats, so please enjoy casual conversation with the owner.
The Niseko store is open only for dinner and operates in two parts with simultaneous start. Advance reservations required.
